What is expected of the Mentoree?
- Meet with their Mentor on a monthly basis for one year
- Agree a set of goals and objectives with the Mentor so that progress can be monitored
- Provide feedback to the project co-ordinators as and when requested
- Sign a confidentiality agreement with their mentor
